Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Patagonia Stay, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent booking experience. While we do
not "return" physical goods, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to accommodate the
dynamic nature of luxury travel while protecting our boutique inventory.
Standard Rate Cancellations
If you have booked a Standard Flexible Rate, you may cancel or modify your reservation without
penalty up to 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date (3:00 PM local time). Any deposit paid
will be fully refunded to the original payment method. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival
will result in a charge equal to the first night's room rate and applicable taxes.
Non-Refundable Rates
Reservations booked under Advanced Purchase, Promotional, or Non-Refundable rates are strictly
non-cancellable and non-modifiable. Full payment is taken at the time of booking, and no refunds
will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.
Early Departures
If you need to depart before your scheduled check-out date, please inform our concierge at least 48
hours in advance. For standard bookings, you may be charged an early departure fee equal to one
night's stay. For non-refundable bookings, the full remaining balance is forfeited.
Refund Processing Times
Approved refunds are processed immediately on our end. However, depending on your bank, credit card
issuer, or geographical location, it may take between 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect
in your account.

Booking & Check-in
- What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is guaranteed from 3:00
PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you arrive early, we are happy to store your luggage
securely while you explore the grounds or enjoy our restaurant.
- What documents are required at check-in?
We require a valid
government-issued ID or passport, along with the credit card used for booking. Foreign guests
may be exempt from the 19% Chilean VAT by presenting their passport and immigration entry card.
- Can I request an extra bed or a crib?
Yes, extra beds and complimentary
cribs are available upon request for select room categories. Please contact our reservations
team prior to your arrival.
Amenities & Services
- Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, an artisanal, locally-sourced
gourmet breakfast is included for all our guests, served daily in our fine dining restaurant.
- Do I need to book spa treatments in advance?
We highly recommend booking spa
treatments, massages, and private sauna sessions at least 7 days prior to your arrival to ensure
availability, as our wellness center is in high demand.
- What entertainment options are available?
Beyond our extensive outdoor
nature tours and relaxation zones, guests looking for light evening entertainment may visit our
boutique casino lounge. Please note that access is restricted to guests aged 18 and older, and
smart-casual attire is required.
- Is Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel?
Yes, we offer complimentary
high-speed Wi-Fi in all guest rooms, the restaurant, and communal areas, ensuring you stay
connected even in the heart of Patagonia.

- How do I get to Patagonia Stay?
We are located in a pristine area of Chilean
Patagonia. We strongly advise using our private transfer service from the nearest airport.
Detailed driving instructions are provided upon booking for guests arriving by private vehicle.
- What is the weather like?
Patagonian weather is notoriously unpredictable
and can feature four seasons in a single day. We recommend packing in layers, including a
waterproof jacket, sturdy walking shoes, and warm evening wear.
- Do you offer guided tours?
Absolutely. Our expert concierge team can arrange
private excursions, including glacier hikes, horseback riding, and wildlife photography tours
