1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Patagonia Stay. By accessing our website, booking a room, or utilizing any of our hospitality services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our online and offline properties.

2. Reservations and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and formal confirmation by Patagonia Stay.

  • Booking: A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable deposit or full amount as per the selected rate.
  • Rates and Taxes: All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or Chilean Pesos (CLP). Please note that foreign tourists visiting Chile may be exempt from the 19% Value Added Tax (VAT) on accommodation if they pay in foreign currency (USD) and present a valid passport and immigration card upon check-in.
  • Additional Charges: Spa treatments, fine dining, private tours, and incidental expenses are not included in the room rate unless explicitly stated in a specific package.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage our boutique inventory efficiently.

  • Standard reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
  • Non-refundable promotional rates are strictly non-refundable and cannot be modified.
  • In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reserved stay will be charged.

4. Guest Conduct and Hotel Rules

To ensure a tranquil and luxurious environment for all our guests, we enforce the following guidelines:

  • Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Quiet Hours: We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Boutique Casino Lounge: Access to the casino lounge is restricted to guests aged 18 and over. We promote responsible entertainment and reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any guest not adhering to our elegant dress code or behavioral standards.
  • Smoking Policy: Patagonia Stay is a strictly non-smoking property indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A deep-cleaning fee will be applied for violations in guest rooms.
  • Pets: While we love animals, to maintain our pristine environment, only certified service animals are allowed on the property.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and security, Patagonia Stay is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal property. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safes provided.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay or use of our website. Participation in outdoor activities, guided tours, and wellness treatments involves inherent risks, and guests engage in these activities at their own discretion and risk.

6. Force Majeure

Patagonia Stay shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather in the Patagonia region, government regulations, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Chile.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
